Shipping Policy
At Studio Badge, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers all over the US. Items will either ship directly from our Accra studio via DHL, or from our US distribution partners via US shipping partners (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS)
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time
Order verification, order preparation, and packaging. Currently, we are fulfilling orders every weekday. Depending on when your order is placed, it may take up to 4 business days for processing.
Shipping time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 5 business days to arrive at their destination, based on service selected, but may take longer from time to time.
Studio Badge is not responsible for any lost packages but we are happy to assist with customer concerns if shipping partner is unable to assist.
