2. Product and Operations Manager

Marketing and Sales Manager
Responsibilities
1. Partnerships, marketing and brand growth - explore fresh, creative ideas to grow the brand.
a. Actively exploring new partnerships, retailers, products lines, store updates etc. to continue to push the SB brand forward
b. Managing marketing efforts and ensuring that the Studio Badge brand is being showcased in a beautiful way
2. Coordinate marketing: social media/digital, newsletters, activations, etc.
a. Co-own branding and marketing vision and strategy for SB
b. Curate, produce and schedule digital media content, tailored to different customer segments
c. Execute creative, SB activations (e.g., events, experiences, pop ups, etc)
3. Admin and sales management (in store and e-commerce)
a. Manage company P&L, budget and goals / targets
b. Maintain daily financial records (sales, expenses, etc.)
c. Manage website and in person sales
d. Regular audit of orders, purchases both in-store and online/remotely, deliveries and customer interactions
Qualifications: University degree, at least 3 years of experience in marketing, retail, production, sales and/or startups
Skills: Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint. Digital media content planning, production and creation (photos, videos, blog posts, recipes, etc.). Big plus if you know how to use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Product and Operations Manager
Responsibilities
1. Product development
a. Oversee prototyping and development of new products
b. Manage wholesale and custom orders
2. Production coordination
a. Manage workshop production
b. Manage production team (craftsmen, etc.)
c. Coordinate production schedule both for in-house and wholesale orders
d. Oversee quality control efforts at all stages (workshop production to finished product)
e. Oversee procurement and tracking of materials and keep track of inventory (i.e. goods to sell)
3. Retail merchandising and physical appearance of SB
a. Coordinate day to day operations of retail store
b. Ensure that all retail outlets are representative of the Studio Badge brand (clean, neat, beautiful, aligned with the minimalist and bold aesthetic of the brand)
c. Brainstorm and execute ways to regularly refresh the aesthetic of the space
Qualifications: University degree, at least 3 years of experience in management, retail, production, sales and/or startups
Skills: Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint. Project management skills preferred.
